Lead Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

As an innovative software start-up with international projects and Fortune Global 500 customers, we are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Consultant (m/f/d) to support our partners and customers in their projects with conemis software, enable new conemis users, and help existing users with their daily challenges. Your goal is empowering people and organizations to handle today’s speed and complexity in enterprise software to make innovation meaningful and potentiate progress in their business.​

​As a Lead Solution Consultant, you work on helping customers migrate to new business applications with the conemis software. You are the first point of contact for our customers and develop solutions for them so that they can make full use of conemis transition cloud and love the value the software delivers. You will be responsible for ensuring project success and providing technical advice to our customers. In doing so, you will act less as a “problem seeker” and more as a “solution finder”. Besides that, you will help refine our customer success processes in cooperation with the product team. If you are creative, proactive, full of ideas and like to find new, intelligent approaches to problems, you will fit in with us!

Your responsibilities

  • Help customers solve their functional challenges creatively and hands-on ​
  • Operate the conemis software to make customers successful and be an example​
  • Genuinely care about and understand customer needs​
  • Intrinsic motivation for making customer projects successful​
  • Develop a healthy customer relationship and build trust​
  • Educate our clients and partners by delivering demos and training​
  • Onboard new clients and act as a customer advocate​
  • Promote customer loyalty​
  • Ability to get stuff done and execute quickly while continually improving processes​
  • Help make our software better by being the voice of the customer to the product and marketing team  

Preferred qualifications and skills

  • University degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience​
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in project delivery, software consulting, enablement, technical account management at an IT consulting or enterprise software company  ​
  • Very good acquirements in business applications, preferably CRM and Salesforce​
  • Experienced in data migration or integration​
  • Technical understanding of software and data structure​
  • Proficient English and German as well as pleasant and professional manners​
  • You are appreciated for your strong communication skills and therefore you are able to moderate demanding customer meetings​
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of discipline and initiative​
  • You love it when you can keep improving processes so that your job and organization work beautifully and effectively​
  • Independent, structured, solution-focused way of working
