Challenges:
- Migration from a custom-built CRM and a billing solution on MySQL database to an existing SFDC Sales Cloud Org
- Deduplication of accounts (patients, care services, care insurances) and addresses within the legacy system, as well as between legacy and new system
- Addresses had to be consolidated from different source objects, like patients or orders, into a unified address object in Salesforce
- Complex transformations

- 9.2 million source records migrated into 17.2 million target records
- Migration in time and budget, in spite of change requests during the project
- Customer actively involved in conemis transition cloud mapping
- Data quality issues corrected during the process
