Merging a Salesforce Service Cloud org into a new one

  • Migrating from an old Salesforce org
  • Merging with existing data in destination org
  • Very high complexity of transformation, deduplication, and merging
  • 1M email messages and 40 GB of email attachments to be migrated

  • Migration with full-scope UAT, PROD and DELTA
